The California Partnership for Access to Treatment (CPAT) is a diverse network of advocacy organizations, community groups, health care providers and employers, committed to ensuring a healthy and productive California.
CPAT serves as a communications, education and resource network to keep its partners and the communities they serve informed about critical issues involving access to treatment in California.

Mission Arriba Juntos' mission is to promote economic self-sufficiency for San Franciscans and their families through occupational training and employment opportunities.

Founded in San Francisco’s Mission District in 1965, Arriba Juntos has evolved into an organization that provides education and employment programs on a city-wide basis serving diverse neighborhoods and cultures. Arriba Juntos clients are among the most at-risk groups for prolonged poverty including homeless heads of household lacking marketable job skills, high school dropouts, domestic violence victims, individuals with limited English-speaking skills and children who are two or more grades behind in school.
